LEARNING NUMBERS 1-10
Step 1: Write the numbers 1 to 10 on pieces of bright colored cards.
Step 2: Place the cards in order on the table in front of your child: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5…
Step 3: Get your child to identify the numbers and to pick out the numbers that you ask for.
Step 4: Once they get used to this, improve the game by asking them to first close their eyes, removing one of the numbers and asking them to tell you which one is missing. It’s not an issue if they get it wrong at first. They will learn with a little bit of practice.
*Parents are required to accompany their children throughout the activities
