How is every Nestlé NANGROW 4 batch microbiologically safe for children? Hear it from the Experts

I am Anja. I'm the team leader in the microbiology laboratory.
We're a team of 12 people. There are lab technicians and quality control specialists. We do tests on raw material, on half-finished products, and also on finished products that we directly test from the cans. We're looking for two different things. On one hand, we are screening for pathogens — the bad bacteria that could be harmful for babies. When we detect something that should not be in that product, the product will be blocked and will not be shipped to the consumers.
On the other hand, we're also having a look at probiotic bacteria. These are the good bacteria that should be in the products. They are good for babies. They're good for digestion and also help to build the immune system. Once all the tests are done, the analyses are done, and acceptance criteria are met, the product can go on the chain and be then ready for the final release.
